Ancient Earth Apothecary

“Ayurveda teaches you to listen to your body wisdom and works by a system that believes when we encourage harmonious actions through the senses, we as a whole will come into balance.”

Jasmine Noble

Jasmine Noble has enjoyed connecting with plants and people on a deep level since she was a young child. Growing up in Vermont around forests, she spent most of her time outdoors investigating the land in the warmer months. Since then she has pursued the knowledge of plants and plant wisdom from her elders through travels in Europe, Morocco, South America and the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. She discovered Ayurveda from a friend’s mother while in New Mexico. This planted the seed for her later attendance of formal education through California College of Ayurveda in Nevada City CA. In 2017 she graduated from the Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist program with additional Marma training (Ayurvedic Acupressure/Energy Clearing).

Jasmine works with her patients weaving folk medicine, a pinch of homeopathy and a dash of flower essences through the lens of Ayurveda “the science of life”. She believes a practitioner of Ayurveda is a comrade in your journey to wellness, helping their patients to realign the elements of the body. This is done by working with diet and lifestyle along with supplemental herbs. Conjuring up custom herbal formulations for her patients is something she loves doing and encourages the use of local plants and resources when applicable.

Additionally,  she enjoys cooking, eating and recommending food for the soul. She values the art of medicine, wether that is spending time with the river, or sleeping, dancing to the reverberations of sound or lying silent on the earth.
